Fee Structure

As a boutique property management firm, we cannot always take on new properties. We do, however, maintain a fee structure that applies to all property owners that work with EASE.

• Property Management Services: 8%.

• Leasing Fee for managed units: 50% of one month's rent or $1,000, whichever is greater.

• Leasing Fee for non-managed units: 75% of one month’s rent.

• Lease Renewal Fee: $500 for one year or longer lease extensions (only applicable to managed units).
