Fee Structure

As a boutique property management firm, we cannot always take on new properties. We do, however, maintain a fee structure that applies to all property owners that work with EASE.

• Property Management Services: 8%
• Leasing Fee for managed units: A half month's rent or $1,000, whichever is greater
• Leasing Fee for non-managed units: 3/4 of rental amount
• Lease Renewal Fee: $500 for one year or longer lease extensions
