  • Thorough resident selection including credit check, background check, and income verification

  • Holding Security Deposits in escrow

  • Owner rent disbursement on the 10th of the month via ACH transfer

  • Providing a detailed statement on the 10th of each month

In an effort to keep maintenance costs low, we hire licensed and insured handymen to take care of smaller repairs whenever possible. When a problem calls for more specialized service, our clients can benefit from the relationships we have established with trustworthy and reliable companies. We also have diverse relationships with vendors in virtually every home maintenance or improvement field, guaranteeing prompt and dependable assistance in any situation.
